MetroWork is an 84,000 sf concrete building which rises nine stories in the middle of a block, fronted by streets on both sides of its narrow 50 wide lot. On one side the street identity is for the lobby to the offices above. On the other side of the building, the two lower floors of street frontage are completely dedicated to a restaurant/music venue. The office suites above are condominiums. In response to the narrowness of the site, the office suites feature deeply inset windows to allow natural light and ventilation on the north side of the building. The penthouse includes three outdoor decks for flexibility in selling the space as one, two, or three units.
