The Green

DUBLIN, CALIFORNIA

The Green on Park Place is designed to give Dublin a new social and civic heart. This 300,000 square foot project’s centerpiece is a grand east-west pedestrian oriented street, which will offer a park-like destination, surrounded by retail, restaurants and gathering areas. Programmed as a series of outdoor “rooms,” The Green is punctuated by built structures and arranged landscaping along a curvilinear alignment. This area will have a lively urban feel, with environmentally-friendly amenities that provide a rich pedestrian experience, such as paths, water features and sitting areas.
