BCV wins 2010 California Wood Design Award

BCV has won the 2010 California Wood Design Award for its work on Press Club, the 8,200-square-foot urban wine tasting room located on San Francisco’s Yerba Buena Lane. BCV was honored with the “Interior Beauty of Wood Design Award,” which recognizes the artful use of wood in a non-residential structure. The prestigious annual award was announced on Friday, January 15, by WoodWorks, an initiative of the Wood Products Council, which is a cooperative venture of the major wood associations in North America. Press Club is an innovative wine tasting room concept, providing an urban showcase for eight of California’s most celebrated premium-quality, small-production wineries and vineyards.
