    This 7,000 sf, 200-seat contemporary Chinese fine dining restaurant in the Westfield San Francisco Centre is conceived and operated by award-winning Chinese chef and television host Martin Yan. Designed as a reflection of Chef Yan’s life and experiences, the restaurant centers on the social celebrations associated with enjoying Chinese food. Cooking and dining environments are blended to create a theatrical backdrop to the dining experience, where dramatic wok cookery and noodle pulling take center stage. The design blends patterns, textures, and materials found in China in a distinctly modern American way, in the use of various tones and textures of stone, wood, porcelain and steel.
