Sustainable Approach

BCV’s dedication to environmentally-sound design is not driven by guilt or satisfying minimum certifications. Rather, BCV incorporates the notion of cultural sustainability into every project by creating a sense of community through design in order to support living life in a joyous way. BCV views the issue of sustainability through myriad lenses, considering the ethical, cultural, social, economic and historical implication of a project on its environs equally as important as the technical solutions. We use indigenous materials whenever possible, resulting in a finished product that both mirrors and enhances its environment.
