Colin graduated from Washington University and then received his Masters of Architecture from Columbia. A LEED accredited professional, Colin is an architect who has been instrumental in fostering the firm’s urban design presence, managing projects ranging in scope from Specific Plans to large-scale mixed-use commercial developments. Colin enjoys the establishment of a rapport with clients and believes that this collaborative approach leads to the most successful projects. At BCV, Colin has been responsible for managing several projects focused on the creation of guidelines that catalyze development, while steering design direction. Examples include The Plaza Escuela Special Study for the City of Walnut Creek, CA, The Paseo Colorado Retail Tenant Criteria Manual/Design Guidelines for Trizec Hahn Properties in Pasadena, CA, and Precise Plan studies for both San Ramon, CA and Walnut Creek, CA.
