John Rojas
associate
An architecture graduate of the University of Southern California, John has mainly focused on the design and management of specialized retail centers and mixed-use projects, both in downtown urban areas and in more regional settings. Many of these projects, because of their complexity, have required a multidisciplinary approach and public-private partnerships to ensure their success. Further, these projects often involve challenging sites or historic buildings, and have required a design that integrates the existing context with a vision that is both progressive and timeless. Mixed-use projects that Mr. Rojas has worked on include The Corners in Walnut Creek; Magnolia Place and The Cannery in San Francisco; and the EC Rittenhouse Building in Santa Cruz. Notable specialty retail projects Mr. Rojas has worked on include Broadway Pointe in Walnut Creek and Fashion Island in Newport Beach.
