Julia Pellegrini

Julia earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, where she received the Alpha Rho Chi Award for exceptional leadership. As a licensed architect she has developed a reputation for thoughtful and timeless designs that are both unique and contextually appropriate. She embraces the firm’s mantra to “build the world you want to live in”, which has led her to pursue diverse building types including adaptive reuse, hospitality, residential and commercial, bringing a distinct vision and attention to detail to all her projects. Julia values the relationships she fosters with clients and has a characteristic style of blending analytical thinking and creative abilities to solve constraints with fresh solutions. She has advanced the emphasis on sustainable design at BCV, including being responsible for two LEED-Gold Precertifications. Within the greater Bay Area design community Julia enjoys being active with the AIA Historic Resources Committee and SPUR Sustainable Development.
