Mark has been BCV's Controller since 1998. He was raised outside of Portland, Oregon. Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Oregon State University, and an MBA in Finance from Cal State Hayward. Prior to joining BCV, Mark worked with the County of Sonoma Transit District where he specialized in finance, accounting and grants.
